Nothing leaves the office. Names, addresses, itineraries and preferences are held by a single dedicated manager, never circulated, never used as reference. Confidentiality agreements are signed as a matter of course, not on request.
Access
Twenty years of relationships with owners, maîtres d'hôtel, brokers, operators and private offices in Paris, Dubai and beyond. What is closed to the public is often simply a matter of the right introduction, made properly.
Excellence

The Brief
Preferences, standing instructions and household details are recorded once — airlines, seats, suites, tables, allergies, staff, vehicles — so they never need to be repeated.
Execution
One manager owns your file and coordinates every supplier behind the scenes. You receive a single point of contact, day and night, in your time zone.
Continuity
Every request refines the file. Over time, the office anticipates rather than reacts — the mark of a relationship that has been kept for years.
Membership
The office is kept deliberately small. Clients are accepted by introduction only, and the number of files carried at any one time is limited so that availability is never theoretical.
